From 25 November to 12 December 56 smsm gathered for a three-week “Formative Experience in Faith-filled Membership” in Tagaytay in the Philippines.
It was specifically for perpetually professed sisters who are 50 years of age and under. The purpose of this gathering: To increase the capacity of the sisters who will animate and lead the Congregation towards 2035 and beyond. 
It was a time to become more aware of the whole congregation and in doing this we explored the needs of mission today and how we can respond within the new organization we have now and the reality of the regions. The schedule was lively, intense and challenging. A joyous, spiritual and educative occasion for all. We are grateful to our Facilitator, Matthieu Daum, and Sister Georgeanne Marie and the general council who led this event.
